I've been asked by a few to share the recipe for the bagels. Oh and by the way, Ben loved them, so I guess I'll be making bagels along with my bread every two weeks.
This is the recipe I used for my bagels. I did six, but like I said in my previous post, I'm going to try eight next time. My bagels floated as soon as I put them in the water, so I did what one of the commentors did and let them boil until they had about increased by about 50%. I only baked them for 15 minutes and they still got a little too dark underneath for my liking.
